Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- Prohibited activities include using the vehicle for illegal purposes or engaging in racing, rallying, or off-roading. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting or permitting unauthorized drivers is prohibited. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Vehicles must not be used for purposes they are not designed for, nor should passenger or weight limits be exceeded. Driving outside the agreed geographical limits without explicit permission is also not permitted.
Violation of these terms may lead to rental termination and fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Bletchley Car Hire will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the total amount paid for the rental in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or for fraudulent activities.

These Terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in these regions.
